On Wednesday, VRJournal leaned that zSpace and their partner GeoGebra are rolling out an expanded software offering for zSpace’s all-in-one tabletop virtual reality solution.
The introduction comes on the first day of TCEA 2016 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.
“Now hundreds of thousands of students learning with zSpace can access GeoGebra’s world-leading dynamic mathematics software in a virtual reality environment,” a statement emailed to VRJournal reads.
According to details shared with us, GeoGebra’s mathematics application is designed for all levels of education.
“The thing that zSpace enhanced the most was graphing surfaces in 3D,” says Steve Phelps, a math teacher from Ohio quoted in zSpace’s press release. “I actually felt as if I was holding the surface in my hands. I could look under and over and around the surface. This was far better than any other 3D graphing experience.”
